Erin M. Ruscetti, BA, NMG: Erin is the Managing Member and Founder of Necessity Case Management & Consultation, LLC. With over 20 years of healthcare experience in Albuquerque and the surrounding communities, she has acted in the capacity of guardian, conservator and court visitor. Erin is a member of the National Guardianship Association, the NM Guardianship Foundation and the NM Association for Continuity   of Care.  Erin has also worked extensively, in long term care and the HIV/AIDS community, doing case management, oversight of an assisted living facility, program development, and teaching & training.  Erin is one of four National Master Guardians in the State of New Mexico.
Cheryl Yerby NCG, Partner, Business Manager: Over 15 years of investment, bookkeeping and tax experience enables Cheryl to handle the financial aspects of the business, and work with our conservatorship clients to ensure needs are met with care, concern and sensitivity.  She is a member of the National Guardianship Association, and the American Association of Daily Money Managers.  Cheryl is a National Certified Guardian.

Lauren Herschler, NCG, Guardianship Coordinator: Lauren brings a plethora of work experience and knowledge to her position at our company.  She has worked both as a manager of a residence housing Developmentally Disabled individuals, and has worked as direct care staff with children suffering from Reactive Attachment Disorder.  Her degree in Sociology, and hands on experience as a medical assistant in a physician's office rounds out her abilities to make good decisions while working under pressure.  Originally hailing from New York State, Lauren has lived in New Mexico off and on, and now plans to stay.  When she's not acting in the capacity of a Guardianship Coordinator, she enjoys spending time with her partner and daughter.  Lauren is a National Certified Guardian.

Guardianship Coordinator/Case Manager: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to coordinate care for disabled adults with various physical and mental diagnoses.  As a Guardianship Coordinator this position is responsible for decision-making in all major life areas (except those excluded by court order on limited guardianship) including care, comfort, custody, maintenance, programming, education, training, medical and other treatment and residential placement of the adjudicated incapacitated person - in the least intrusive, least restrictive manner possible.  Experience preferred, must be familiar with services and resources in the Albuquerque area.  This position requires a BA in Human Services or 5 years equivalent experience.  Candidates must have a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance to transport clients.  Hourly pay, DOE. Matthew Garner, Guardianship Coordinator: Matt's back.  After a stint of writing code for new music distibution website, Matthew is now on track to become a certified guardian with Necessity.  His rapport with clients is extrodinary and he keeps our records straight, and our database current.  Matthew also teaches guitar to several young students.
